TERMS OF SERVICE


1. Services Provided

We provide freelance 3D modeling and environment creation for video games and interactive media. Details are agreed upon in a project proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Specifications: Provide clear, complete specifications before we start.

  • Communication: Keep communication clear and timely for any changes or requests. If you fail to respond to our messages within 7 days, the project will be deemed completed, and any further work or revisions will incur additional charges.

  • Feedback: Give feedback promptly to keep the project on schedule.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Pricing: Agreed in the project proposal or contract.

  • Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. We accept Robux or USD via Stripe.

  • Deposits: The upfront payment secures our time for your project.

  • Revisions: 2 rounds included. Extra revisions may cost more.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

  • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables.

  • We can use non-confidential work for our portfolio unless an NDA is in place.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

  • Timeline: We follow the timeline in the proposal. The deadline is for the final product without changes. Changes take extra time.

  • Delays: If you cause delays, we're not responsible. Rude behavior might delay our work. If you fail to respond to our messages within 7 days, the project will be considered completed, and any further work or revisions will be charged additionally.

  • Delivery: Final deliverables are provided upon full payment.

6. Revisions and Changes

  • Changes after work starts must be in writing and might increase costs and time.

  • Major changes outside the original scope cost extra.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Client Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, but the deposit and work done is non-refundable.

  • Agency Termination: We can terminate if you don't communicate, pay late, or breach terms.

  • Effect: Work done is delivered if paid for; otherwise, no files are released.

8. Confidentiality and NDA

  • Both parties keep project info confidential unless an NDA is signed.

  • Request an NDA if needed before we start.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We guarantee work meets agreed specifications.

  • Services are "as-is"; no warranty beyond deliverables.

10. Indemnification

You agree to protect us from claims or damages from misuse of deliverables or breaches of these terms.

11. Amendments and Modifications

We can change these terms. Significant changes will be communicated. Using our services after changes means you accept them.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, with any project proposals or contracts, are our full agreement, overriding any prior understandings.

13. Automatic Application

Ordering from us means you agree to these Terms. We'll follow them unless we agree otherwise.
